PP filler masterbatch is the main product in injection molding. PP filler masterbatch is material of calcium carbonate (CaCO3), polypropylene (PP) as the carrier and other special additives.
Fillplas PP filler is developed with a high content of selected, treated calcium carbonate with good dispersion, to provide better mechanical properties to the final product.
Typical usage rate let down around 30% depending on thickness & mechanical value requirement.
The final product uses Fillplas filler has good ink adhesion property and more whiteness as compared to the usage of normal particle size of CaCO3.
Packing: Fillplas product is packed in 25kgs bag shrink-wrapped palletized or in 1300kgs jumbo bag palletized.
