What is bioplastic?

PLAS Bi01 – Introducing new BiO Filler products of FILLPLAS
PLAS Bi01 is made of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and bio resin as carrier. It has compatibility with: PLA, PBS, PBAT, TPS. The advantage of PLAS Bi01 is its ability to decompose itself. If treated with a specialized waste treatment method, plastic products with BiO Filler can be decomposed for several months, and if in natural environment, they will decompose for several years. 100 % biodegradable material certified “OK compost” by VINCOTTE.
Applications of PLAS Bi01 in plastic manufacturing
With the recommended utilization rate of 10 – 20% in total production materials, our PLAS Bi01 are often used for blown film for biodegradable/compostable shopping bags, rolling film, food bags and industry bags.
